Description

Lead multiple projects from foundation design through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle activities including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and change management.
• Track project status, projections, and budget/spending, reporting total cost of ownership to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor agile teams to ensure delivery of desired outcomes and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation covering integration, communications, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate meetings and reports to communicate readiness, progress, and risks to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Skilled in developing strategic plans and managing project integration.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking status, metrics, and budget reporting.
• Ability to organize and present information effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong capability in evaluating problems and developing viable alternatives.
• Experience facilitating meetings and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage change, risk, and quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile methodologies and coaching teams.
