Description

You will lead and manage large-scale clinical project implementations from end to end.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects following PMO methodology and established processes.
• Manage project scope, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
• Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Mentor and provide oversight to projects managed by junior team members.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and analysis activities with customers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience working on information technology project teams.
• Proven experience in clinical project implementation and management.
• Experience managing projects of small to medium scope and complexity.
• Proficiency with EMR, EHR, and Ambulatory systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner systems.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Certification.
• Experience working within a large multi-hospital system.
• Clinical education background.
