Description

You manage projects and resources throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop project milestones, schedules, and cost tracking mechanisms.
• Track design, development, and testing progress while documenting issues and risks.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, and high-level estimates with vendors or internal IT resources.
• Perform business analysis by gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Create risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience following formal Change Management Processes.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and business process description.
• Skill in communicating project status, timelines, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
• Experience defining resource allocation and implementation schedules.
