Description

You will lead technical teams within an Agile, Product/Platform operating model, driving execution for data integration and microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams directly or indirectly to advance technical capability and delivery.
• Manage project delivery within Agile frameworks and platform-based operating models.
• Oversee technical projects involving data integration, governance, and canonical models.
• Drive technical execution across distributed systems using microservices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant technology field.
• 5+ years in an advanced technical role or leadership capacity.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile teams.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or advancing team technical capability.
• Experience with MS Azure.
• Experience with Java and Micro Services.
• Experience with Kafka and MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail or grocery industry.
