Description

You will own the direction and delivery of IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects, defining scope, scheduling, tracking, and reporting status.
• Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a centralized project repository for resource estimation.
• Manage and maintain an enterprise project portfolio across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification from PMI is required.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proven experience managing IT projects across the full SDLC.
• Experience with State or Federal government clients is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Strong background in requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, RTM, test cases, design documents).
• Expertise in risk management, benefit analysis, and business case development.
• Excellent communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
