You will manage IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, track progress, and deliver status reports for IT projects.
• Establish and maintain project management standards to ensure quality across all projects.
• Develop a project repository to improve resource estimation for future IT initiatives.
• Maintain the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct requirements management, gathering, analyzing, and documenting needs for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of PMI standards and processes for IT project management.
• Proficiency using project management tools, specifically Azure DevOps and Git.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into formal documents: functional specs, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide projects through the full project or software development life cycle.
• Strong skill in mapping business processes to technical documentation.
• Experience developing business cases, conducting benefit analysis, and identifying risks.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder and team interaction.
• Familiarity with software/database concepts, including QA, test cases, and workflow diagrams.
