Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity projects within the Engagement Services AMRS team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support Waterfall deliveries by removing impediments and fostering collaboration.
• Manage risks, mitigation plans, and stakeholder engagement as the primary point of contact.
• Align project resources, define roles, and drive change adoption for seamless implementation.
• Ensure all change requirements are satisfied and maintain high-quality project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects within financial or technology-driven environments.
• Expertise in both Agile (Scrum Master) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional, global matrix resources.
• Background in infrastructure delivery projects involving servers, storage, and network components.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of program and project frameworks.
