Description

You will lead the delivery of Retail Technology projects from initiation through deployment and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, including day-to-day activities for project staff and vendors.
• Create and track project documentation such as schedules, scope of work, cost estimates, resource plans, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with procurement, contract, and legal teams to bid and award retail work contracts.
• Drive decision-making regarding difficult tradeoffs between resources, schedules, and functionality.
• Oversee vendor execution and collaborate with other project managers to meet broader business initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing project schedules, including estimates versus actuals.
• Competency in managing project documentation, status reports, and issue logs.
• Experience in vendor oversight and management.
• Ability to set policies for change management, schedule communication, and user training.
• Experience working with procurement and legal workflows for contract awards.
