You will manage and coordinate complex non-production environments across multiple systems for Investment and Capital Market domain readiness and validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health and sanity checks on application, database, and integration availability.
• Validate SOD/EOD jobs and batch processing across Front, Middle, and Back Office systems.
• Coordinate and validate post-maintenance and patch activities with relevant teams.
• Act as the single point of contact between Dev, QA, Infra, and DevOps during release execution.
• Perform first-line triage for environment issues and coordinate incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years in Environment Management, Release Coordination, or DevOps support roles.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools for tracking service requests, incidents, and changes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling tools including Control-M, AWA, or Autosys.
• Familiarity with the BFSI or Investment and Capital Markets domain, including trade lifecycle.
• Experience maintaining environment readiness checklists and Go/No-Go criteria.
• Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, Slack, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to monitor environment health using tools like Grafana or Dynatrace.
