Description

You will manage IT infrastructure projects, vendor performance, and compliance governance in an on-site capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics, maintaining dashboards and scorecards.
• Track wireless and IT infrastructure capital projects, managing scope, schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
• Maintain contract documentation and monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and standards.
• Identify operational and technical risks, maintaining risk registers and issue logs with mitigation tracking.
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, facilitating meetings and tracking action items.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or managed services.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience managing project schedules, scope, deliverables, risks, and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
