You will manage complex projects within the financial services sector, focusing on investment banking operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and strategic planning initiatives.
• Design and simplify business processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage project risks, issues, and performance tracking.
• Deliver status reporting and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of project management experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking.
• Deep product knowledge in global markets, specifically SEC Lending and REPO.
• Proficiency with Prince2 or Microsoft Solutions Framework.
• Experience applying structured business analysis techniques such as Six Sigma.
• Expertise in process design and process simplification.
• Strong skills in risk management and problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Degree level education.
