Description

Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs while managing budgets, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with overall program strategy.
• Drive execution from requirements through production readiness, managing plans, budgets, resources, and change control.
• Identify project risks, assess impacts, and develop mitigation and contingency plans to keep work on track.
• Consolidate project plans and schedules to create an integrated view of program delivery and resource requirements.
• Build relationships with sponsors and senior leaders, providing clear updates and aligning on business strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as CA PPM and Microsoft Project.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, change management, and resource planning.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and their practical application.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing people where applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge or experience in application development, databases, or systems design.
• Experience with reporting or planning applications beyond standard MS Office.
