Description

Lead work streams and technology solutions for Market Risk Exposure Management, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Propose technology solutions and manage cost estimation and budget approval processes.
• Develop prototypes using Python, SQL, and Excel/VBA while leveraging Apache Hadoop for data analysis.
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, including Epic and Story documentation and UAT oversight.
• Coordinate defect resolution, demonstrate new functionalities, and adhere to risk mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvement and policy development to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of project management experience within Market Risk or Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel/VBA.
• Experience with Big Data platforms, specifically Apache Hadoop.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project documentation.
• Understanding of financial markets products and the regulatory landscape.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
