Description

You will own program management oversight for the CMTARS Operations and Maintenance contract.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, technical dependencies, staffing, and resources to meet contract objectives.
• Ensure quality control processes are implemented across all technical and operational task areas.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
• Develop, maintain, and update program documentation such as the PMP, Risk Management Plan, and Communications Plan.
• Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of DoD program management practices and contract deliverables.
• Expertise managing enterprise content management systems, specifically OpenText platforms.
• Experience managing projects within secure federal or DoD environments.
• Ability to manage multiple technical task areas: software development, system administration, and user support.
• Proven experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with project management tools used in federal programs.
• Minimum five years of project or program management experience supporting DoD programs.
• Minimum five years of experience managing OpenText solutions within a DoD or federal environment.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting program updates to government leadership.
