Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities at the right time.
• Manage coordination across environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, and interconnection activities.
• Develop and manage project technical scope and optimize project variables for technical and financial feasibility.
• Support PPA and GIA negotiations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and design requirements.
• Support development of project financial models, cost estimates, and executive budget approvals.
• Research and leverage market data to support accurate financial modeling.
• Source, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts for critical project services.
• Represent Engineering & Construction interests throughout assigned projects.
• Manage project data, deliverables, reporting, and key performance indicators using various software applications.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate with executive leadership, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders.
• Present project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to various levels of management.
• Develop and maintain an inclusive, executable project plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, or Accounting with relevant engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong project management, communication, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
