Description

You will own end-to-end delivery for Azure and Salesforce projects, covering scope, schedule, and quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance, cadence, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Drive business case development, OKRs/KPIs, and roadmap alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Anchor detailed project plans across initiatives and build consistent reporting mechanisms (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Liaise between Product and IT delivery teams to deliver IT outcomes with defined SLAs and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 10–15+ years in IT project/program management.
• 3–5+ years leading enterprise-scale Azure and Salesforce initiatives.
• Proven delivery of multi-workstream programs exceeding $1M budgets using hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance.
• Functional awareness of Azure fundamentals (governance, identity, networking, security) and Salesforce Administration.
• Functional awareness of CRM and Order to Cash lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience with systems integration, data migration, and API-led architectures.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud projects, including SSO, API governance (Azure Policy), and Customer Onboarding.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment planning, and environment strategy across dev/test/prod.
• Proficiency with project tools including Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, and ServiceNow.
