Description

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Create customer journey roadmaps and prepare estimate decks, SOWs, and proposal documents.
• Manage client coordination and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Scrum ceremonies and software development methodologies to deliver projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Functional understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, and Integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage requirement gathering and UAT processes.
• Experience preparing SOWs and technical proposal decks.
• Strong customer handling and coordination capabilities.
