Description

Lead ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment, managing large-scale deployments from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with manufacturing operational requirements.
• Oversee functional areas including production planning, inventory management, quality control, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Coordinate project workflows specifically for manufacturing site deployments.
• Ensure project milestones are met while addressing functional needs across production and supply chain operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of ERP implementations.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of production planning and inventory management processes.
• Knowledge of quality control, procurement, and supply chain workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin/Chinese.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
