Description

Lead large-scale ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Lead IT and business teams by assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
• Identify potential risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience focusing on ERP implementation.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in manufacturing settings.
• Experience implementing ERP systems covering Production Planning, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
