You will drive strategic initiatives across Product, Bancassurance, and Partnerships teams in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex insurance product development and integration projects.
• Manage digital transformation initiatives and system implementation projects.
• Coordinate API integrations and technical partnerships with bancassurance partners.
• Drive agile delivery processes across distributed teams.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance or fintech.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience with API integrations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Proven track record of remote team leadership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
