Description

You will manage utility-scale solar EPC projects, owning the release pipeline from planning through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and critical path management for utility-scale solar construction.
• Administer contracts, manage change orders, and maintain job cost accounting.
• Develop financial forecasts and own P&L responsibility for assigned projects.
• Manage client relationships and oversee cross-functional team leadership and mentoring.
• Conduct risk assessment, mitigation, and ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Utility-scale solar EPC project management experience.
• Contract administration and change order management.
• Financial forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Schedule development and critical path management.
• Procore proficiency.
• Quality assurance and safety compliance.

Preferred Skills
