Description

You will manage complex programs by aligning project plans with ongoing initiatives and cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across two time zones to ensure continuity.
• Align project plans with other ongoing projects within complex programs.
• Manage communication and workflows between internal and external team members across multiple cultures and time zones.
• Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Prince2 certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience with UKG methodology obtained during a UKG project implementation.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with DevOps processes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
• Experience managing projects within complex, multi-project programs.

• Any Graduate degree.
