Description

You will lead and manage complex technology initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project management meetings.
• Coordinate communication between business leads and vendor resources.
• Manage project plan execution and provide status updates to the Director of Field Services and ERP Program Manager.
• Serve as the primary contact for the implementation team and maintain the project schedule.
• Identify, track, and respond to issues and risks; escalate needs for scope, resource, and budget.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, including leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts.
• Ability to assist with software vendor contract administration and compliance monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM.
