Description

Manage IT security projects for DTMB, focusing on System Security Plans, documentation, and compliance milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track corrective action plans and POAMs to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage project documentation, including charters and weekly status reports.
• Define project organization, methodologies, roles, and responsibilities.
• Identify issues, document risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Track resource utilization and time allocations across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
• Experience tracking project milestones, resources, and time allocations.
• Proven ability to produce project management documentation and status reports.
• Experience following PMI framework or standard project management industry practices.
• Ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules using appropriate metrics.
• Experience coordinating work teams and communicating with project sponsors and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Agile methodology experience and software development background.
• Knowledge of IT security and the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Professional project management certification.
