Project Manager

You will coordinate projects for DTMB, focusing on System Security Plans, corrective action tracking, and POAM management.

Responsibilities

• Track target dates for corrective action plans and POAMs to ensure milestone completion.
• Design, plan, and coordinate work teams using PMI framework industry practices.
• Create project charters, work plans, and communication plans while managing scope and documenting risks.
• Monitor budget, schedule progress, and resource time allocations via appropriate metrics.
• Prepare weekly status reports and project progress summaries for upper management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience managing applications system analysts.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Ability to manage complex application features and technical designs.
• Proficiency in establishing project methodologies and defining roles and responsibilities.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and barriers.
