Description

You will lead a complex $20 million modernization project requiring heavy vendor management and technical integration in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and coordinate work teams using PMI frameworks to meet business and technical objectives.
• Create project charters, work plans, and communication strategies while tracking budget and schedule progress.
• Manage project scope, document risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure delivery.
• Direct corrective actions when performance falls below objectives and manage resource negotiation.
• Monitor project status and prepare progress reports for upper management.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with this being your most recent role.
• 5 years of experience managing project budgets exceeding $5 million.
• 5 years of documented Agile leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft DevOps or Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing complex application features, technical designs, and application system analysts.
• Ability to work on-site in Lansing, MI, 2 days per week.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous SOM experience.
• Professional project management certification.
