Description

Lead IT projects through their full lifecycle using formal project management methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key deliverables including Project Charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, and status reports.
• Enforce the Change Management process to manage deviations in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Create Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for projects in yellow or red status.
• Manage vendor contracts and oversee deliverable adherence and approval procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions to clarify expectations and ensure all deliverables are completed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of formal IT project management experience.
• Experience managing both people and projects.
• Proficiency with project portfolio management systems such as Clarity.
• Experience establishing and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Expertise in managing risk and issue logs and change requests.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills for multi-vendor deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Ensured adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM) throughout all project phases.
