Description

Oversee Medicaid IT-Contracted Systems efforts, integrated projects, and dependent support efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
• Manage the integration of task and incident reporting systems across multiple Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors.
• Consolidate system documentation and report transformation efforts to federal and state reporting entities.
• Develop processes and documentation to ensure consistent alignment with agency direction for integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 5 years of experience with the Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework.
• 5 years of experience with Texas Medicaid applications.
• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• 3 years of progressive information systems, system integration, and project delivery experience.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Preferred Skills

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 5 years of experience working with ticketing tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or PPM.
• 3 years of experience serving as an Agile Scrum Master.
