Description

You will own the direction, formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and coordinate work teams according to standard project management practices.
• Create project charters and work plans, tracking budget and schedule via appropriate metrics.
• Establish project organization, define methodologies, and assign roles and responsibilities.
• Manage scope, document risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare status reports for upper management regarding project progress.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including PMI framework.
• Ability to create and implement comprehensive communication plans.
• Experience managing application system analysts and complex technical designs.
• Skill in negotiating resources and managing project budgets.
• Ability to identify, track, and resolve project issues and remove barriers.
• Experience setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to exercise judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently.
