Description

Manage gaming project lifecycles from planning through execution, overseeing vendor relationships, stakeholder alignment, and quality compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for gaming initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure alignment with requirements, monitor deliverables, and conduct regular status reviews to resolve issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (design, development, marketing) and external vendors to maintain clear communication.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct vendor audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and gaming industry regulations.
• Identify potential risks associated with vendor performance and project delivery, developing mitigation strategies to protect timelines and quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Proven experience in vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with project management software: JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Game Development, or a related field.
• Knowledge of gaming industry standards, production processes, and emerging trends.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with game development cycles and associated tools such as C++ and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing vendors across international locations.
