Oversee application development and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical delivery meets organizational standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and overseeing contingency planning.
• Control resource allocation, including budgets, personnel, and tools, while providing detailed financial reporting to management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure alignment with project goals and senior executive requirements.
• Facilitate change management processes, including impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, and transition planning.
• Direct business process analysis, oversee assigned Business Analysts, and validate as-is and to-be requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience planning and integrating significant, cross-functional IT projects.
• 7+ years of experience overseeing technical development projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects through three or more distinct phases.
• 3+ years of experience managing three or more vendor project teams.
• 3+ years of experience engaging with senior executives regarding project efforts and priorities.
• 3+ years of experience in project stakeholder management.
• 3+ years of experience working with defect remediation systems and QA teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and PMO requirements definition.
• Strong understanding of SDLC management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field.
