Description

You will coordinate global voice and contact center projects, covering telephone network infrastructure, unified communications, and telephony solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects deploying, upgrading, and maintaining global telephone networks and contact center platforms.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to implement voice and contact center solutions effectively.
• Oversee migration projects, including legacy PBX to VoIP, cloud telephony, SIP trunking, and platform upgrades.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in telecom, voice services, or contact center environments.
• Experience managing global projects and working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a demanding environment.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile Project management.
