Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of Lenel security system projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with solution architects, developers, and QA testers to integrate Lenel solutions.
• Manage project resources, personnel, equipment, and materials for efficient utilization.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and track milestones.

Required Skills

• Lenel Certification is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in Project Planning and execution.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including architects and developers.
• Ability to manage project resources and budgets effectively.
• Bachelor's degree.
