Description

You will lead on-site execution teams and manage the full lifecycle of building construction projects in Lenexa, KS.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and act as the primary on-site leader for execution teams.
• Evaluate contractual scope, manage change orders, perform cost estimates, and negotiate settlement prices.
• Manage project financials, including billing, collections, profitability goals, and cash flow.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts while managing material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Analyze financial reporting and schedules to proactively address risks and implement recovery plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct project management experience in the building construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Writer and Visio.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and document control compliance.
• Ability to communicate technical material clearly to non-technical audiences.
