Description

You will manage the design, organization, and delivery of global, multi-disciplinary technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, quality, effort, risks, and timelines.
• Produce program schedules through consultation with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and address deviations in a timely manner.
• Report on Quality, Timing, Cost, and Performance (QTCP) metrics to leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects.
• Domain knowledge in automotive engineering and connected services.
• Experience managing hybrid and agile project environments.
• Proficiency in PMBoK frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English business terminology.
• Proven ability in team building, stakeholder coordination, and client reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe, or PAL-e.
