Description

Lead the design, organization, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary global projects within the PMO department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce program schedules in consultation with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and address deviations in a timely manner.
• Report on Quality, Timing, Cost, and Performance (QTCP) aspects through regular presentations and documentation.
• Manage the integration of developed systems into receiving organizations, including IT operational and business application management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology programs.
• Deep domain knowledge in automotive engineering and connected services.
• Proven experience managing hybrid and agile projects.
• Strong background in both technical and business aspects, such as IT, computer science, or engineering.
• Proficiency in English and professional business terminology.
• Analytical training with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating with third-party solutions, architects, developers, and SMEs.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications including PMI PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe, or PAL-e.
• Familiarity with PMBoK frameworks.
