Description

You will manage project operations, scope, and delivery for state and federal partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations, including process, change, document, and contract management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep work within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Facilitate communication between state agencies and IT contractors to ensure alignment.
• Lead teams using Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and meet critical milestones.
• Produce regular status reports and documentation for the PMO Director, leadership, and federal partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and VersionOne for tracking capacity, deliverables, and sprint progress.
• Strong ability to manage critical paths, testing, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in change control process enforcement and scope definition.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Master's degree.
