Lead project execution, team coordination, and lifecycle management using agile methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into executable work plans and manage project lifecycles.
• Facilitate stand-ups and drive team alignment through effective communication.
• Analyze, plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead team development and foster collaboration across stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in project management or team lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong project management skills with focus on analysis and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work hybrid from Lisbon or Oporto, Portugal.
