Description

You will lead IT divestitures and business separation projects, managing the transition from assessment through Day 1 readiness and post-close continuity.

Responsibilities

• Assess current IT landscapes and identify separation risks.
• Plan and execute infrastructure, OT, and application separation strategies.
• Manage ERP migrations and data privacy compliance requirements.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness and drive seamless transitions of systems and hardware.
• Handle Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and manage post-close activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in divestitures and business separations.
• Experience with infrastructure and OT separation.
• Strong background in application and ERP migration.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance.
• Familiarity with IT asset and license management.
• Ability to manage Transition Service Agreements (TSA).
• Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
