Description

You will manage project lifecycles by creating high- and low-level plans that detail effort estimates, timing, and coordination across creative, production, media planning, and ad operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans including accurate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to manage client expectations and ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze platform usage data and campaign performance to inform content optimization strategies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically focused on data-driven or development projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and release control.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and JIRA.
• Experience creating cost/timeline proposals and managing project risks.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with developers, creative teams, producers, and testers.
• Understanding of the full digital marketing campaign cycle and experience in the media industry.
• Strong communication skills to manage demanding client needs and multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of dynamic creative optimization, programmatic advertising, and Machine Learning/AI concepts.
• Familiarity with advertising technology vendors including DSPs, Ad-servers, and Social Platforms.
