You will coordinate technical and programmatic teams to deliver system and workflow enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional technical projects involving data entry, analytics, engineering, and program teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Manage sprint planning and project tracking using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Support data integration and transformation efforts for reporting and data product development.
• Oversee data flow mapping and modular data system design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience applying PM principles and tools.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional technical projects for system or workflow enhancements.
• 2+ years aligning technical development with end-user needs across engineering and analytics teams.
• 2+ years contributing to data integration or transformation efforts.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Databricks medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Unity Catalog role-based access controls.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
