Description

Strong business process analysis and requirements development skills. Proficiency with project and work management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet. Ability to use Power BI for project metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Familiarity with contracts management systems, claims processing, or case management systems. Technical familiarity with SQL, cloud systems, or enterprise integration platforms.
Experience Required:
This classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT project.
Additional Experience Required:
2+ years of proven experience implementing COTS/SaaS solutions (workflow management, case management, ERP, or similar platforms). 4+ years of experience managing system integration and data exchange projects (APIs, interface engines, secure file transfers, HL7/FHIR/X12). 2+ years of hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Education Required:
This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor’s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience
