Description

You will manage complex projects involving data-driven assessments, policy evaluations, and capital planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions between evaluators, county program leads, and research analysts.
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress and deliverable submission.
• Perform requirements analysis, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Manage configuration, data, and information resources through the systems life cycle.
• Execute capital planning, investment assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of extensive project management experience applying PM principles and tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead capacity.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying years of experience.
• Experience in contracting, procurement, and financial management.
• Knowledge of business process reengineering and infrastructure design.
• Competency in systems integration and information technology architecture.
• Ability to manage data processing and analysis tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing data-driven analytics projects involving data sharing and technical problem-solving.
• Track record of managing projects with multiple diverse stakeholder agencies.
