Manage technology projects within a matrixed environment to drive results and deliver organizational value.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Adapt project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to meet specific project requirements.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving to ensure project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Azure.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage teams in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
