Description

Manage scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination for a large-scale multi-site deployment across 160+ locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain phased Master Project Schedules to track deployment progress across all sites.
• Act as primary liaison between City IT leadership, department heads, engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to network downtime, legacy compatibility, and site access.
• Coordinate schedules for network engineers, cabling contractors, and site escorts; monitor vendor delivery against POs.
• Track device configuration acceptance, post-install testing, and site cleanup; deliver bi-weekly metrics reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Ms Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and vendor oversight.
• Strong ability to draft status reports and project metrics for executive leadership.
• Proven track record in scope and schedule management for technical deployments.
