You will provide overall project management for various low voltage systems across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee multiple low voltage projects, including site surveys to document requirements for new or replacement systems.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and vendor work to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
Facilitate project meetings and provide weekly status reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate the planning, design, and installation of network, telephony, and security infrastructure.
Inspect resources and vendor performance to maintain quality assurance and project specifications.
Required Skills
Minimum of 7 years of experience applying project management principles, methods, and tools.
At least 4 years of experience as a Senior PM leading large or complex IT projects.
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience on a year-for-year basis.
Experience with systems integration, infrastructure design, and systems life cycle management.
Proficiency in requirements analysis, risk management, and cost-benefit analysis.
Knowledge of contracting, procurement, and financial management.
Strong skills in business process reengineering and information technology architecture.
Capability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
3+ years of Low Voltage Project Management experience with Networks, Wireless Networks, VoIP, CCTV, Access Control, cloud services, and premise wiring.
Experience with construction processes and detailed budgeting.
