Description

You will own project lifecycles, stakeholder communications, and execution efficiency for assigned initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project functions including workplans, timelines, and evaluation efforts.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, including management teams, workgroups, providers, and advocacy organizations.
• Communicate project status through regular updates and executive briefings.
• Develop automated tools to streamline internal processes and improve execution efficiency.
• Create project artifacts such as charters, plans, and status reports.

Required Skills

• PMP certificate or recognized project manager curriculum certification (required at time of submission).
• 10 years of Project Management experience.
• 10 years of experience developing project artifacts including plans and charters.
• 7 years of experience preparing written reports.
• 7 years of strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5 years of experience preparing executive briefings.
• 5 years of experience using MS Project or an equivalent tool.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
