Description

Manage technical project lifecycles using Agile and PMI methodologies to deliver defined requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, stakeholder needs, RACI matrices, charters, and risk assessments.
• Refine and maintain product backlogs via story splitting, estimation, and velocity tracking.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage project documentation such as decision logs.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience applying Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• 2-5 years of experience applying PMI Project Management methodologies.
• CSM Certification.
• Proficiency in defining scope, stakeholder analysis, RACI, and project charters.
• Experience with project estimations, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
• Ability to write user stories and prepare business requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or equivalent software to manage backlogs.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts within a .NET development environment.
• Strong facilitation techniques for leading meetings and team sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating project roadmaps, timelines, and close-out reports.
