Description

You will manage and coordinate multiple projects within the child support systems technical services section.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Document business requirements, analysis, and design deliverables through direct customer engagement.
• Manage PMO tasks including action items, backlogs, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Oversee project lifecycles including Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and User Acceptance Testing support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Changeman, CNTL-M, or Tivoli for project tracking.
• Experience managing projects via waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to document risks, identify barriers, and implement resolution plans.
• Experience supporting the testing lifecycle from development through UAT.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
