Description

You will manage complex mainframe and web application development projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple projects by coordinating work plans, managing backlogs, and tracking resource allocation.
• Liaise between business and technical partners to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables.
• Manage PMO support tasks including risk mitigation, issue resolution, and communication plans.
• Oversee project lifecycles through Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and User Acceptance Testing support.
• Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, and documentation for project sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale mainframe and web application projects.
• Technical knowledge of COBOL, CICS, and DB2 for mainframe functions.
• Experience with Microsoft .Net for web application functions.
• Proficiency with Changeman, CNTL-M, or Tivoli for project tracking.
• Ability to manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in requirement documentation and design deliverable analysis.
